Ingredients

  • Cilantro- 2 small bunches (chopped)
  • Mint- 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Green chili- 3 or less according to taste
  • Ginger-1/2 inch
  • Onion- 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Salt according to taste
  • Lemon Juice- 4-5 tbsp.
  • Yogurt-1/4 cup

Directions

Take a blender, add cilantro leaves and mint, make sure to remove the hard stems from the leaves. Softer stems are ok to add in the chutney as they give a lot of flavors. Make sure both cilantro and mint are washed thoroughly. Now add green chili, ginger, onion salt, and lemon juice. Blend it all together. Add yogurt to the blender and blend it again together for a smooth consistency. Refrigerate the chutney until ready to serve.
