My Story
Why did I start Makin’ it Healthy?
I started this creative platform to share my knowledge, skills, dedication, and ability to help people to achieve the health they are entitled to. With my background in nutrition, I love to integrate different facets of health and nutrition on one page and make it convenient for you as well as assist you to understand what you need to know for your health to outshine!
With the way the internet works, we learn something new every day! I strongly believe that if we have information that’s beneficial for everyone, we need to share it no matter how big or small it is. I have discovered so much so I felt the need to share it with all of you and make it a better place every day even if it’s in a small way because those small ways can lead to something big for any one of us one day!
I love to create recipes because it’s my passion. To me creating a recipe is all about using simple and creative ways to pair food ingredients by keeping in mind easy-to-find ingredients at the same time. To me, healthy eating should be realistic but distinctive as well.


Why you should have the knowledge?
I give credence to the belief that everyone should have the opportunity for the knowledge they need to take care of their health.
I feel we all should take steps to eat healthily, and we will be on our way to getting the nutrients our body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong. It does make you feel better when you are eating foods that retain nutritional value.

Your health is a combination of your physical, mental, and emotional well being, and by learning the science of nutrition and healthy eating you can create a thoughtful way of balanced living.


My dedication & ability
My hope for this website/blog is for it to be a complete source with everything you need to know about wellness, nourishment, healthy habits, and unique, wholesome, hearty recipes for your table. And that’s why I have added a few categories on my blog- “Food for thought”, “Health and Kids”, “Homey Remedies”, “Recipes” and “Lifestyle Tidbits”.
My goal for each category is to explain what matters to us as human beings with respect to food and nutrition and how it is and will always be an important part and parcel of a person’s health.

You will find a wealth of information under each category and I will be sharing new information and articles each week, just dive in and you will find posts related to the importance of different foods, how as a parent you can be an example to your kids to lead a healthy lifestyle, home-based remedies for different ailments, usage of natural, real products at home, distinctive and simple recipes full of flavor, guidelines, and recommendations for your well being.
And it is possible to enjoy meals that are healthy yet delicious and comforting that provides your dietary needs.
